Her first role was with Simon Cowell's company as an A&R representative, scouting talent for The X-Factor and America's Got Talent. She then went on to serve as a personal assistant to Barbara Streisand and James Brolin, and later as Studio Manager at a recording studio in Venice Beach. Not a bad résumé.
But real estate runs deep in her DNA. In May of 2016, Julie returned to her roots and earned her license — hitting the ground running and never looking back. In her very first year, she earned the prestigious Rookie of the Year award, a testament to the drive and people skills she sharpened in Hollywood.
